Raygoe access terminal is online

The old guest entry made the play console feel less like a station terminal and more like a debug shortcut. The current access surface is intentionally tiny, but it has the right shape: give the terminal a callsign and let it decide whether you are cleared to enter.

For this first local gate:

• Callsign must be Raygoe.
• Password must be empty.
• Anything else returns WRONG PASSWORD.

It is still a temporary access booth, not the final account system, but it makes the route into the frontier feel like an intentional part of the world.
