The public terminal is no longer pretending to be the game. It is a transmission board: news, release notes, world notes, and a manual you can read without opening a live session.
The play console lives separately. That is where the cockpit shell, viewport, login gate, and live runtime connection belong.
The important boundary is simple: the public site can explain the game, but it does not pretend to be the game.
Keeping those surfaces apart gives the site room to behave like a real public frontier terminal, while the play console can become the full-screen cockpit without dragging marketing pages, manuals, and articles into the runtime.
