RetroFrontier support lives in the docs manual so setup, runtime, deployment, and access notes stay in one reference surface.

Access

The public website never starts a live game session by itself. Use the play client when you want to load the browser client and connect to the runtime.

Temporary login

The current play app accepts the local development callsign Raygoe with no password. Other callsigns are rejected until the real account path exists.

Server offline

If the backend is unavailable, the play shell should remain visible and show an in-universe connection notice instead of blanking the viewport.
